First off no the vehicle has never been street raced, only car shows and sanctioned drag race events. Its never been chased by the police and has no criminal history relating to the VIN number. Not even so much as a traffic ticket. Police cars are usually heavy and generally slow, depending on the vehicles that your local law enforcement uses. However I do not recommend running from the police for any reason but I dont doubt that the vehicle could outrun a standard police cruiser. It is in wonderfull condition and will suit any needs you may have for such a show car.

The guy dug his own grave when he made that posting. I don't usually advocate coming down so hard on others -- but this guy set himself up for it. It's as simple as that.

I've been sorely tempted to send him an email-rant myself. To be so dishonest, especially when the economy is in it's current condition and people are (or at least should be) being careful with their money -- to put it bluntly, it's bulls***.

I hope karma comes around and bites this guy in the ass. Hard.

EDIT: Has anyone emailed asking for his complete list of mods yet? I'm thinking of doing that, and then totaling up the cost of each -- and then emailing him back the REAL total.

The new motor was purchased from *************** it has new cams, forge pistons and pauwter rods. The turbo upgrade was from the stock garrett t25 to a much larger garrett gt28rs, the only transmission upgrades are a flywheel and a excedy stage 2 clutch. The factory SMIC is still installed it does get heat soaked after driving for a while but ive been avoiding installing a FMIC for fear of more turbo lag, my other option would be a liquid FMIC but i am avoiding spending that kind of money on a vehicle that iam selling. Stock the car made 180hp, ive stuck more than 7k under the hood. if your aprehensive about the vehicle then please dont bother me, my listing said SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY.
