Lord. I need to get some 15 lb wheels. I guess I want some FDs... But my spacers will put them at +35 which would be pushing it. And it seems like everyone has them now a days. I guess I've never seen them on a yellow 3rd gen b4... I would rather not have to use spacers with my next wheels...

hmmmmm....should I part with the MX-5 wheels??? Approx. 15.8lbs, 16x6.5 +50 offset.......

Are you still picking up those Track Lites, MonkeyAss?

still waiting to see if of the the 4 people interested in my ms6's do more than just ask questions, if they sell then yes, ill more than likely be buying the traklites, if not then ill keep the ms6's and not really care

Not going skinner than 7". FD's are probably the only other stock wheel I would really want. 16x8 +50 13.9 lbs (For the non-reinforced ones anyways).

As JB always said "Talkin loud, sayin nothin...". Well I like the MS6 wheels AND Tracklites so I'm sure your car will look good regardless.

I really dig FD wheels too, Steve. You saw MattV's yellow P5 with them right? They look really good, though he painted his.

I hear ya....the offset is what's killing me. I'm considering running a 5mm spacer to push them out a wee bit. But they look good and are a tad lighter than stock P5 wheels. :)

Ya, I'd rather go with a ~+40 wheel so I can get rid of my 15mm spacers...

I've been researching header wrap (and so help me God if another newb makes yet another thread called "What headers should I get?" I'm gonna loose it.". Anywho- what are your thoughts on header wrap for a daily driver? I've got a Spooled^ header and it's still in good shape but damn does it get hot and I'm sure it doesn't help my AEM intake since the filter is pretty close to it. So I was thinking about removing my header and wrapping it since I'll be working on my exhaust this weekend anyway.

Should I get 1" or 2" and would 15' be enough? And 8 steel zip ties, of course. It's pretty cheap from Summit and figure it's worth doing. I've read it retains heat in the header and keeps under hood temps cooler- good. But retains moisture and could crack the header- bad.

Not all too familiar with the wrap but have heard of the potential cracking issues. Jet-hot coating would be a better alternative but up front cost will be more + longer downtime...unless you still have your stock headers er I mean header to swap in. :)

And I know where you are coming from...I ignore them.

Personally, for the risk of cracking the header, I find the benefits to be negligible. Just move that intake filter down into your fender well and you'll be fine.

Benefits are negligible for a daily driver. I was going to wrap the DC Sports header on my Civic. I even have like 4 rolls of wrap. Never got around to it. However, if you're really concerned about it... wrap the intake...

I have wrap and ties that I was going to use for the MS3 but have no use for now. They are fair game.

Add the header wrap, zip ties and catch can to my tab, Jasen. Thanks. =)

Seriously, how much do you want for all that stuff?

I will try and remember to throw those in the car today. I will be visiting a friend in Cuyahoga falls who lives by the 2nd street exit on Route 8 over by where 59 starts. I could stop over your way Saturday to drop that stuff off.

That exit is really close to my house and I would love you long time if you stopped by and dropped it off for me! I'll PM me my addy and cell and you reply with a price.

I'm my best friend. Oh- wait, I just got a PM from my best friend. He wants to hang out saturday and gave me his address. I'm so cool. (upyours)
