1) Where'd you get that tire/wheel rack?
2) Sell me your Homegrown![]()
1) I made the rack, tho I screwed up on the measurements. I didn't have a tire handy when I made it, so I guessed and therefore made the horizantal measurement stoo short. The original intent was to have the wheels/tires resting on the bottom bar.
2) The yellow bike belongs to my former roomate. Mine is behind it, though hard to see. It's built around a Shwinn chassis also. It's been so long since I've messed with it, much less riden it. The bike has seen a couple thousand miles, but needs a bit of work. Both wheels are bent, the chain is worn as well as both sprockets, and I think it needs a new derailer. I love that bike, it's sooo light. But anyway, that's my spring project as I hope to get back into the game next year (new year's resolution

Oh s*** *smacks head*...the lights...ha ha...Kev...you got some explaining bro.
lol, the lights. Strangely enough, I collect streetlights. It's a strange thing that I've been intersted/fascinated with since I was a kid. The technology and concepts involved in the whole bit is pretty fascinating too. heh The "round" light hanging in the middle of the garage is perfect for when working in the engine bay. Not too much light and not too little. It's evenly dispersed and blah blah blah. IOW, it lights up the engine bay perfectly and distributes light where it's needed including the "tight" areas.
