Larger Injectors For Forced Induction

lol thanks for proving my point further.
SO.. what is your point?

I mean you come off with just a short, few worded "GENERAL" post that really have no meaning. Are you just trying to push your post count..because nothing you have said added any useful info to this topic.

So hold on, wtf are you making a damn fuss for, did you know what I was talking about...yes you did. You asked which ones were direct swap, I said the 440's im sorry that I have to be detailed when talking with a senior member of this bored, who for some unknown reason I thought had a damn clue about what they were talking about. You need to quit being such a prick...FFS seriously dude.

Dude..I'm not trying to be a dick..But I spent a good while reading throug this "STICKY" at the top of the Forced induction Forum..Only to find it littered with garbage and arguements.
Not much good info in here really...Just a bunch of opinions and words..no Installed pics...No "What Really works with what" info.
I mean If its gonna be a sticky..In a performance section..It should have some damn good info in it IMHO.
Don't you agree with that?

I apologize I didn't realize it was a sticky, it should have more valuable information in it, but please dont be so quick to jump on someone, when all I was doing was answering a question I thought was genuine.

Its all good..I just think an Info only thread should be made out of the good info here and that should be a sticky we can add to.
Like I see that some guys are Using STi Injectors...575cc I beleive..but are these the US STi's or are they something else?
Are they drop in..Including the plugs..or is there work to be done to get them to fit the stock rails and harness?
This is the kind of info I want to see in a sticky..Good solid info.

this is from Maxx Mazda

"I'm running the STi pinks, and yes they drop right in. Ebay is the place to get them. Any injectors that will fit the top feed style (JDM STi's) will work, I reccomend the SARD 650cc's if you can afford them. They will drop right in and are pulg n play, "

Like I said, I'd go with the SARDs if you can find a set for cheap, but don't go bigger than 800cc or you'll have a b**** of a time tuning your idle.

Any injector that will fit an EJ20 JDM style top feed will work. It's confusing, the US WRX's came top feed, but the US STi's were side feed. But the JDM STi's were top feed, so just look at what I bolded and you're good.

FWIW... The 550 "drop-in's" from NSN don't drop in. They're held in place with extended bolts and spacers.
If someone can provide solid info (Part No., Make, etc) for a TRUE drop in 550cc injector, post here!

Good luck on that. The problem with the larger injectors I've seen is that they usually are longer, and thus require the extended bolts and spacers.

Like I said, the STi Pinks are a TRUE DIRECT DROP IN AND DONT REQUIRE ANY WIRING MODIFICATION!!!

They're 575cc's too. I literally, took my stocks out, popped the pinks in and put the rail back on and plugged everything back in.

I don't want to ruin a good thing while I'm breakin in the motor, so I don't think I'm goin to end up using them.
