My lanzar amp (248Vibe) is fried after only 6 months of normal use (i.e. No abuse, misuse, or tampering). Has anyone here ever sent anything back to Lanzar for warranty? If so, any success with them fixing or replacing the product?
I'm kinda worried that they won't do anything about it. I called them on 3 occasions yesterday to get some information on how to go about this, and the "customer representatives" I was talking to didn't seem very professional. I'm just getting the impression that Lanzar Audio Inc. is somewhat sketchy... shady...
Any thoughts on this
