kz9's Ride...

They love the AWR engine mounts and seats, it makes them tingle in a warm place.

This car is very impressive with the amount of work you have in it. and just for that you deserve respect from others, and really don't matter how ricey people Thinks it looks, this is obviously a show car.

Things in my opinion will make your car look more daily drivable, better and cleaner. " My personal Opinion and in no manner means you have to do it ".

1. Bigger FMIC
2. New Fog Lights, OEM MSP 2003 looks Cleaner than your PIAA's
3. Use MSP 03.5 Body Kit instead of the Wing West
4. 18" Wheels, I assume you are using 17's.
5. MSP 2003.5 rear tail lights
6. MSP 2003.5 Rear Wing
7. Clear black smoked head lights
8. Too many Gauges, buttons, and Carbon fiber in the dash
9. those black lights on the dash got to go
10. Too many big Screens in the dash as well
11. Bigger muffler TIP. something like the HKS Hi power 120mm TIP
12. Lower your car more with bigger wheels as mentioned above

The Sound system since is something everyone does custom i think is not that bad, looks nice, about engine bay, i think looks good, clean, looks very unique and very very aggressive, i also think and know for a fact everything you see in the engine bay have a reason to be there and is doing what is suppose to.

Now these days is very hard to see anybody to spend and do so much work on a Protg, in my opinion just for that you deserve respect and recognition for those tons of hard labor hours and money invested, Keep the good and unique work rolling as well as pictures and dyno sheets. you sure have my Respect here !!!

not bad but I must say this .....

YOU FIT 10 POUNDS OF s*** IN A 5 POUND BAG.

I mean damn sooo much clutter . out side looks sick inside way over the top.

WOW, I thought I had alot of guages ;). IMO Pro's: Massive engine build, diret injection nitrous, custom C/F panels plus some more..........
IMO Cons: Dash neons (I show alot and hidden light gets more points), Rear trunk lid looks hacked together, Nice use of the braided lines in the engine bay but IMO it needs to be cleaned up(looks like lines going randomally everywhere), Seat belt harnesses going to the base of the seat (probally break your back in an accident)...........
Impressive work and I give you props for your origionality....... Specially if you sell me one of the C/F dash pods!!

If you get bored look at some of my build thread and let me know what you think (It is in my Sig)

I am a tough critic and have shown and won alot.

Rob

Thanks bro. Ya i know about the neons, but they seem to work. As for the trunk lid, it looks allright I think. The carpet was a PITA and the edgeing did not come out like i wanted.

much props on the build/effort/love poured into this. of course there parts of it i dont like or agree with but its your car. and if it makes you giggle like a little school girl everytime you mash on the gas then thats all that matters:) thanks for reppin for us protege owners

No it makes the little School girl giggle when they get in an notice the AWR mounts. (giggity giggity)

I like it! The first thing I thought though was "if he took all that crap outta the trunk that would be some MAJOR weight reduction!" I expected some riced out POS the way you started the thread.

Props man!

oh ya like 400 lbs, in time I will be getting all that crap out of there. Lots of 3/4 mdf and plywood to make that.

the only thing i really like is the engine bay, and i have a few suggestions

1. get a hood prop kit ( the little cylinder things)
2. CF cover over the fuse box
3. some kind of covers or something for the windshield wiper and ps reservoir

I just installed the NRG GF hood prop kit. I should have done this awhile ago. As for the Windshield washer res, I dont use it so I think Im going to be turning it into a Methonal res. for a Snow Boost kit.
