I have this knock/chatter sounds coming somewhere from one of the timing components because when I put my hand on the timing cover right in front of the cams I can feel the knock. I've popped the valve cover off and cranked it with no wear scar or rip signs on the timing belt. And the cam gears look to be good too. It gets quiet when I'm driving I'm not sure if its because of road noise or oil pressure rising it only does it sorta loud during idle but this concerns me. The engine has 58k on it. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
