Fayetteville NC had a drop jaw thing tonight so alot of people were out. I got the chance to run a SRT-4, and pulled him from a 2nd gear roll from 30 and a 3rd gear roll from 50. I also raced a 350Z again, and walked away from him in 2nd like 5 times, he kept blaming it on wheelspin. So for all you doubting your MSP. It is fast at 8.5psi as a 350z and SRT-4... So cheer up

oh and the SRT-4 guy got out and talked to me about my car and I could see him looking with envy after I showed him all the Sparco, Kenwood ,tokico and racing beat. It was wonderful to see him whish he had gotten a mazdaspeed and a boost controller insted of an SRT-4.

had to have more mods then turning the boost up to 8.5 to beat cars that trap over 100mph.(especially from rolls)

it dont matter, I have witnesses at the track seeing me run 14.4s with descent wheelspin with just a MBC and intake at 8.5

you trap 96 and you pulled on a 350 and SRT-4??
I say they didn't know how to drive or they weren't racing

ok, let me explain for those that like to just start talkin s***. That timeslip is from like 2 months ago. Now I have more mods as explained a few posts ago. The 350 may have a faster trap speed, but from 2nd at arond 35, to about 75 or 80, i was faster. Its a known fact that after mid 3rd gear our MSPs dont have as much top end power, and that is why our trap speed isnt quite as high. I raced a 98 cobra at the track and we had a perfectly even start and I hung with him all the way up to about mid 3rd gear and he walked away. But from a 2nd gear roll, we would most likely be close to even on the street. Now tell me how this is hard to believe

I mean damn, my best friend has a 99 cobra and he will tell you that from 2nd gear rolling start, we are even up to about 75
