JPipe-back with Stock MazdaSpeed Muffler !?

not much louder at all. the turbo is a great muffler. the motor is still louder than the muffler to give you an idea. if you want i can send u a mpeg that has a bunch of clips

So your setup is 2.5" midpipe + 3" cat-back + stock exhaust?

Cool exaclty what Im looking for ! Do you have a 03 or a 03.5 with the round tip? Also, what about the loudness when youre cruising on the highway !?

Mine's is the 03 round tip.
Actually, it's quieter than stock now that I think about it. Mine just has a leak right now so it's a bit louder. I do recall it was much quieter than stock on the highway which was what I wanted.
Talked the shop (ETD Racing which prototyped the Vibrant exhaust). They did say that the CAT makes quite a bit of a difference in blocking noise. Rosonator helps but not by much.

If I could do it again, I might go with the Vibrant and swap it with the stock muffer.

You can chance it with a custom job but just be sure they can do a good job. I'm not too happy with mine due to the leaks.
