Jerky in slow speed driving?

The best description of our mounts (and I wish I could give credit to whoever used the word on this board, but I cant remember) is
"Pudding Mounts."
Hey, the good news is they'll only get softer as the car gets older. *sarcasm*

Throw 'em out, put in some polyurethane mounts. Sorry, "a" polyurethane mount. Replacing both is wild, as Shade could tell ya.

I was reading an old SCC mag the other day, and they were saying that because of the 0-60 time requirement, they pushed the 1st and 2md gears around to keep it from shifting out of 2 before you hit 60, saves time. I noticed this in the p5, and I have found that the shift from 1 to 2 is pretty erradic on how you are driving. Best shift in the manual mode was around 4 grand for me. That seems to bring you into 2nd at nice rpm to keep up power. Anything less feels like you are shifting from 1st to 3rd in a manual. Then again, to get up there you need to be realy smooth on the gas, and try to keep it in first for as long as possible.

That is what I have noticed anyways.
