it is a cam driven fuel pump so it is inbetween the TMIC and the intake. Dont worry I cannot think of many cars that dont have an electric fuel pump.

You may want to post the codes and any modifications to the car that you are aware of first before asking vague questions.

It was recommended by the original owner (laloosh) to replace the CDFP because he said it could be his hesitation problems.

He also said to replace the 2 step colder plugs with the stock ones since they are most likely fouled from stock boost levels.
