Interesting New Noise

My car has recently decided that he wants to creak/squeak whenever I make a right turn. ONLY right turns, never left and only when the car is actually in motion. He sometimes makes the noise when I got over a bit of rough road but that's not much of an issue...I can't figure out what's causing the noise. I want to try and narrow it down some before I end up heading off to the dealership demanding they fix it. It also never happens when I'm going into the turn, only when I'm coming out of it...Anyone have some suggestions as to what I should look into? Threatening him doesn't seem to be working.

Just a guess, but maybe it is the top part of the strut assembly that allows the spring to rotate, I guess it's called the "hat" of the strut. A lot of noises I have seen when the wheels are turned end up being strut/shock issues.

Still a slight mystery to me...it finally stopped the other day. Just as randomly as it started it stopped. My car heard dealership and became frightened...or something was wedged somewhere and finally fixed itself.

To narrow this down , and to specify, it would be the strut mount bearings.
