Ahhh, here is where I chime in about the vacuum reservior built into the intake manifold! =) This is rather ingenuous, actually! There is a little green check valve under the upper intake manifold that LOOKS like it goes FROM the intake manifold runners TO the intake manifold again... HOWEVER, this actually goes into the small, triangualar openings underneath the top intake half. This is the vacuum reservior. The check valve makes the triangular area stay at vacuum, as when you hit 0 vac or positive boost, the check valve closes off the path to the chamber. This being said, that chamber is tapped into by the little outlet pipe that powers the VICS/VTCS... Ingenious, no? =) I thought so, personally!
