Inaugural Mazdateam Cycling Extravaganza

I will also go out and say this won't be a "race past other people" ride. It will be very relaxed, and at a slower pace than most of us are used to. Plus, nobody needs to get hurt trying to overtake another rider who's not paying attention.

294 would not appreciate this!

45, the WHOLE ******* WAY.

Also, i gotta order on Monday, anyone need anything? Bryan -- Steamroller frameset? I can also get that new Cutter frame from Volume, Tim got one in 59 today if you wanna stop by next week and ride it. I'm getting some Deda Pista bars for the Langster, possibly a new Deda stem (Newton Pista or Zero 100 Servizio Corse) to match. I have 26.0 bullhorns in stock, a few cogs, and like 7 moer wheelsets (Weinmann DP18s>DT spokes>Formula hubs for like 200, Deep V's>DTs>Formulas for like 320). Cranksets, tires and other fixed/SS stuff, too.

i dont like the surly. this cutter frame looks pretty ******* tight though, what color? i may or may not have a laundry list of parts i need to get for building a second ride.

He got the Cutter in white, with the raw FuManchu fork. It's pretty dialed, although I'm a little confused by the use of gussets on a fixed frame.

are you talking about that little cross peiece of metal? theres alot of torque going into that area on startup, thats what im assuming its for.

there are the specs from the jamis now...i can reuse most/all of these parts, yes?

Yes. Standard Campy-spec 45*x45* headtube, 10mm fork ends, 68mm English BB.

The gussets are the plates welded to the top and downtube adjacent to the headtube. BMXies have these for strength, why they are on a fixed-gear bike is beyond me (please, don't say "for tricks").
