Take off front wheel, put bike in back seat. This is how I will be going I think.

He got the Cutter in white, with the raw FuManchu fork. It's pretty dialed, although I'm a little confused by the use of gussets on a fixed frame.

Yes. Standard Campy-spec 45*x45* headtube, 10mm fork ends, 68mm English BB.
The gussets are the plates welded to the top and downtube adjacent to the headtube. BMXies have these for strength, why they are on a fixed-gear bike is beyond me (please, don't say "for tricks").
