Illumina or Hp

unless you really think you are going to adjust them constantly I'd say get the HP's and save some money... I have had illuminas for the last 3 or so years.... never adjusted them once. They ride great though. (shrug)

buy my illuminas damnit! haha

NO, in all honestly you will love them. And the cheapest you will get the illuminas in canada is over 600. They are on Ebay for 459 + free shipping to the states only. By the time you get them across the border its over 600

so if I just want some struts good for daily driving...HP is the way to go? I don't autox or anything...

Yeah the HPs are great, they pair well with any springs that are like 10% or more stiffer than stock. I think they would be overdampening for anything equal to or less than the stiffness of MSP springs (hence why Mazda had Tokico tone down the HPs they equipped the car with).

They would be awesome with espeliers, and they're even the same color! my suspension sucks, blue struts, yellow springs, red sway bars.. but everything else on the car is just silver or black haha

all the colors of the rainbow...

hopefully Chuyler sells his espelirs to me...40k miles on 'em but oh well...half the price of new ones about...if not I'll probably just end up buying 'em new I guess

Yellow ---> green eventually?

Wow the color of your suspension matters? lol - Hey guys check it out NEON GREEN SPRINGS +5hp each!

It's just annoying when my car has such a simple color scheme and you look through my wheels (thin spokes, you can see everything through them) and you see blue, yellow, red, etc

Ya, I have silver swaybars, blue struts and yellow springs... How does tha go with my red / white scheme? lol

yellow springs.. do you have goldlines on tokico HPs by chance?

that's the setup I run and it's awfully harsh and bouncy, I've ridden in cars with some mean coilovers that had better ride quality... yet the goldlines have a springrate that's even lower than msp springs!

iON Race spec with the HP's...

i'm on a dark blue and black scheme and my springs are red and struts are white and they dont show too much - especially the white the more I use it the darker it gets :)
