Idle problems.

This afternoon my car had some problems idleling. The idle would show on the tach below the first hash mark. If I reved up to like 4k and let off, it would go back to its regular idle of 800 to 1000 rpm's.

I checked for vacuum leaks, and couldn't find any.

So anybody got any idea wtf is up with my car.

Mine does it sometimes. Reset the ecu as I think its caused by headers. At least mine seems to be.

check your air intake/filter/throttle body

whenever i have had an idle problem it has to do with something restriciting it or somthing

Hey J is it anything like what I went through when I first got my car. Also is your car still turbo? If it is there could be alot going on. If not then it narrows it down but most likely it's the damn computer in these cars. They think to much......

nah its not boosted anymore, for now. its got the n/a powa woo.

try reseting the computer...you know disconnect the battery completly and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Also the change in seasons. Cold to hot might have something to do with it. Like I said I hate the damn computers Mazda uses.
