I got a good one... (12V Acc)

so last couple days i've been messing with putting a remote starter into my car, and blown the radio fuse...
did you know that the radio fuse (15A) also runs the cigarette lighter and the power mirrors?
And that doing an hour long commute without a radio kinda really sucks?
So I replaced the fuse, worked fine. Next day, moving wires aaaand boom goes the radio! But, and heres the fun part, I put a new fuse in and nothing.
Nope.
Nadda.
Tracing the wire led me to the fuse panel, then splits to the door, power mirrors... blah blah.
Does anyone know where under the hood/dash the wire continues? I'm going back and checking my work on the starter to make sure that its not the problem but stiiill... I'm perplexed where it could be shorting or related.
If anyone has 12V experience or encountered similiar please help!? I'm getting annoyed..

what else that seems logical in that circuit is no longer working? Try looking up the service manual with the wiring diagrams - it'll show you everything that is on the circuit in question, and what is fused ahead of it in teh chain.

Good luck!

Check back to the main relay that runs the circuit.

do you know where it is? i've got it down to a couple possiblities now, but the entire circuit has no supply..
I would assume the main fuse would supply more than just that circuit.. and I can't find a blown fuse anywhere. Is there a hidden in-line somewhere?

thanks everyone for the input

ok new "good one"
the old one was the fuse holder, nbd.
this time my headlight common ground shorted at the headlight, now the left headlight won't turn on, high or low. right ones fine, so are fuses. the high beam light on the dash doesnt work, but the fog light switch controls it (?) and the right parking light has stopped functioning as a parking light. I have a new DRL module, didn't do a thing... any ideas anyone?
