Haha wow this thread IS old.. sooo super old.. *drags it out some* Yeah finally, every guy I hang out with is um.. perfect import-racer guy. Damn, I love being in auto tech, and driving a bitchin' car (oops that's my ego talking -- I just saw an MP3 being driven, and um, they're so sexy) and hanging out with guys and *crams her ego in a box and walks away*

I think that girls suck in general. o_o I know I don't get along with them.. BAH.. Here's a great example of just how much girls suck!

I'm in the school auto tech class, right? So this guy in there, his dad has a show RX-7 -- it was at Import Expo in Houston -- and we're lucky enough to be working on it in class. These girls from another class were walking by outside, and of course all the guys are in there ooh-ing and aah-ing, and I heard one of the girls go "What's the big deal?" I wanted to go and punch her in the face. Man.. it just made me so bad. It's a beautiful car, too.. geez. Girls.

Or you can be like me...find one, then train her...but it tends to backfire a little.

She's already bitching about her stereo cause she's been w/o it for a few weeks while I'm fabricating a new amp rack. And then when she gets in my car, which still has the stock stereo in it (cause I'm working on her car), she's all snobby about it: "Man this song sounds so much better in my car."

The training ends up costing me double what I want to do with my car, cause as soon as I get something, she's got to have it too!

But she has good taste in cars though, and she points them out when I'm not paying attention.

Amen to that, sister! I have a total of two female friends, one who I think has the hots for me (not a problem there) and one who's like a mirror image of me (but her boyfriend thinks I'm too much like a guy and is threatened by me -- LAME!). I don't like to use my being-a-girlness to my advantage, though.. hence why I only had my NOPI Chic sticker on for like day before I took it off.. hehe.

Congrats greerstyl! Do everything to keep her if she is good to you.

Finding someone with your same interests is ideal. Of course, when I first met Greg, he washed my car with joy-he didn;t know the first thing about cars (lol), but now I have made him into a full-fledged car nut.
My point is, if she really likes you, she will make an effort to get involved with you in your hobbies too. Of course, NEVER assume that just because she isn't into cars when you meet her, that it means she couldn't be.

my girl is absolutely in love with my mp3, its funny how diff car attract diff females....


my 91 Camaro Z28 - fast, loud, 7 diff shades of white, 3 girls that drove camaros, none of which were fast. all 3 dumped me for guys with newer z28's.

my MP3- 2 with f150's lol, and the current one has a 98 F150 SX with flowmasters she desperately wants to sell so she can buy a del sol and she said if i ever get rid of my mp3 im in trouble.
