How rare are the MS6's really?

When i first got my car, i felt like i was the only MS6 around, ever since december i've been seeing more and more everywhere around my work, school, now even home!

dont get me wrong I love meeting a fellow MS6er and shooting the sh!t with... but a lil part of me feels like im not as speacial n e more. Do you guys know what I mean?

I did a search but couldnt find n e results, how many MS6's were sold in North America in 2006?

for some reason i felt "mazdaspeed" was the limited edition equivalent to BMW's "Alpina", Doges "SRT", Mercedes "AMG"...

BMW would be "M", not Alpina. Alpina is an aftermarket company that BMW does occasionally work with.

There's lots of Speed6's around. Way more than Speed3's. I think thats the reason they made so few Speed3's. The Speed6 didn't sell very well.

I've only seen 3 or 4 of them & far from a regular basis.

I've owned mine for 14 months and have only seen one other MS6 in my area (Huntington, WV, small city of about 50,000). I still people that have never heard of an MS6 and thought it was a V6 ricer. And believe it or not, the MAZDA DEALERSHIP REPAIR SHOP had never worked on a speed6 when I took it in for the clutch upgrade. It's not a very large dealer and the body shop even said that they had only had a few on the lot for sale over the past 18 months. I still feel special!

I've seen more MS6s since they came out then I have seen other 510s since I've lived in KC (about 9 years).

i see more ms3 in lasvegas than ms6. it's still exciting seeing one.

I only seen 1 or 2 around me and have yet to see a ms3 on the road.

the only time ive ever seen a MS3 in montreal was at the dealership. and it was like a dealer modded ms3, with OZ rally rims.....

do you mean the MS3 or MS6

im fairly certain the 5k number for the six is inaccurate...
if the vin number is any indication of production numbers... as mine is over that..

i wonder the realistic production numbers for the speed6 in the u.s?
i keep hearing the low numbers, but many dissagree.

MS6, I think the numbers are about the same for the MS3.

I have yet to see any MS3/MS6's out here or when i'm rollin in Kansas City. Then again, everyone out here drives a mustang or a pickup.
