Has anyone had experience having a dealership do it? My Mazda dealer offered to do it for $150 at any time.

I also have an "inside" connection for another guy that will do it for $150 and will tint darker than is legal in AZ. I've seen his work and it looks quality.

That's were I'm taking mine. Ziebart did my wife's car in 99', and up 'till yesterday (we gave it on trade-in), the tints were still perfect.

How much are they charging you? Is it the five layer premium quality tint film you are using? I am still debating if I want to do it.

I paid $180 for 5% all the way around on my Protege 5. With a Lifetime Warrenty and all that good stuff. And it was done with the good tint. But I live in Missouri.

I don't know what paper they're using. They quote me $215 for 6% on the back and 32% on the front. I found another place that gave me a $185 price on the same.

I'm still debating into spending $30 more and go with Ziebart, or go with the $185 in the other place, without knowing the results. And since is a small store, the lifetime warranty would die if they close.

Hmmm, I'll go with Ziebart. I can't be a cheap bastard with my car.

Yeah go with Ziebart. They will stay in business for a long time. If the film is lifetime warranty, it should be five layer premium film. That is what they told me. The two layer film comes with a 2 or 3 year warranty, I can't remember exactly. I still don't know if spending more than $350 for tint is worth it. Good luck with yours and post pics man. Peace.

Love the entire front, u can't see inside but looks pretty clear from inside-out. Head lights from incoming cars don't bother me at all even when they have the hi beams. Had it for like 1 and a half and cops haven't said anything. I heard that here in Florida we can do that but has to be 35% and up. Had no problems so far.

had my p5 done in newmarket - the detail shop - on mulock.
$275 all 'round including the moonroof. 27% is the highest he'll recommend, but will go higher if you ask.

Almost got my sunroof done, but didn't cause then to me it defeats the purpose. If its to bright I just close the cover up. Buts me and as some will say I'm strange...

It varies as you can see by the state or area. In VA tint can expected to be in the 200 range easily. So for here getting anything near 200 or less is great.
