Feel as if their transmission/engine is going to fall out the bottom of the car at around 100mph? This happens to me all the time, it is like I hit a major full cut and everything just stops (for a split second) and then everything is ok again. In other words, the engine/tranny shutters at 100mph, and then returns to its normal crappy operation.

I have had the car reflashed and it just does the same damn thing every day. WTF Mazda!!!

yikes

damn dude, is your shoe made of iron?

What the hell is a "performance" car worth if you cannot drive it as such? Yes, I brake the law and drive at over 100mph on a day to day basis. Regardless, the car should still work, which it doesn't.

Dexter: I would but that would just be too easy!!!

i thought our cars only got up to 130???

. . . not with a good tail wind. I've had my car at 138/139mph before the fuel cut didn't let me go any further (there was not much anyway, the engine was completely spent).

depends on the situation. i think its possible if the weather and conditions permit.

but seriously, get your damn insurance money.

Instead of coming on here, why don't you take it to the dealer?? Tell them your tranny feels like it's gonna fall apart at 100mph+, and have them road test it:rolleyes: Or maybe you should realize that at excessive speeds like that, things don't act the way they do at NORMAL driving speeds.

That is a "normal" driving speed for me (as it is for 90% of the people who live down here in Southern California). The dealer cannot even fix the alignment correctly on this car (I've had it done three times) or even bother to call me and let me know when my car is ready for me to pick up, much less trouble shoot this problem.

So far I think that Dexter has the right idea.

BYT: 100mph is not that fast.

I understand that you might think it's not that fast. Trust me, I live in the middle of nowhere...I know about speeding. I'm serious though. If it's such a problem, take it to the dealer. I'm sure your warranty will cover a tranny concern @ 100mph.

Hello,

This message is for pdhaudio83 and any others of you that would like to listen.

I am just finishing up a VERY successful large Group Buy within this forum. I have worked very hard and made very little money on a group buy i was doing for YOUR MEMBERS.

AND NOW YOU HAVE CLOSED THE THREAD!

You are a fool. I dont understand "moderators" on these forums. The only reason your whole board exsists is because of YOUR members. I have personally now served over 20 of YOUR members and offered YOUR MEMBERS the best deal they might ever get in their Protege lives! And then you, a bonehead, go and CLOSE THE THREAD!

I DONT UNDERSTAND. Personally, I will never be back on this board. I will continue shipping the orders that YOUR MEMBERS have paid for and I hope YOUR MEMBERS come to me in the future. BUT ONE THING I WILL NOT DO IS EVER COME BACK TO YOUR BOARD BECAUSE YOU HAVE OFFENDED ME.

I WAS HERE FOR YOUR MEMBERS AND I AM NOW WONDERING IF YOU ARE HERE FOR YOUR MEMBERS OR FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL AMBITIONS. EITHERWAY, YOU NEED TO TAKE A MINUTE AND THINK.

Sincerely,

Jamie Campbell

Dont start posting this s*** in every god damn thread!!! I already got a ******* SPAM pm from you guys trying to get me to join your group buy like I haven't seen it on this site for weeks already. Thanks.

FYI you weren't going 140 if you were just using your speedometer.. your speedo is nowhere near accurate at that speed. ;)
