how hard is it to reach 210 hp to the wheels?

there is no magic safe boost # . it depends on driving habbits climate and in some cases dumb luck i cracked a stock intercooler pipe at 8 psi . others have blown there there motor at 7psi. and joe p ran 22psi for 2 weeks and had no problems.

Yeah I'm not kidding. I have the turbohoses hardpipe kit with a bov and that is why. The boost spikes to over 9 psi according to my boost gauge. But keep in mind this is in subzero weather. I have since put my stock pipes back on and I haven't hit spark cut since. And the boost reading never goes above 8.5 psi. And I have no aftermarket boost control. It's too fricking cold here.

Intake, recirc bov, and Intercooler sprayer made 180whp and runs 14 flats. from a 60mph roll i pull on him. He pulls hard 1st and 2nd gear on me though. He also has a clutch and flywheel too

Emanage tuning is why he has more than 210whp at 10.5psi. My emanage is on the way.

Totally untuned, with a good FMIC, you can make 210. Add in emanage or the DSM afc, and you can make 240 reliably.

But keep a couple grand in the bank for when your motor goes pop:) Just to be on the safe side.
 
I want to put out 210 whp before I ever up the boost. I will dyno the car next summer without a BC and all the mods I have. It will be all bolts ons, port/polished and gasket matched IM/head/EM, and the MPI tuner. Then it's time to up the boost and put on a GT28rs.

it will take a bit more than a fmic to make 210 whp, maybe flywheel hp
 
around 18% with fwd cars isnt it? 20+ with AWD? going by the 175whp from a rex claimed earlier that would mean about 23% loss from the 227hp.
