HKS BOV Help

For the guys with the HKS BOV, what did you guys do to make the HKS recirculation fitting to fit the stock BOV hose? It looks like the recirculate fitting is slighty smaller than the hose. Any help/tips would appreciate... Thanks

i used a 1 1/2" worm clamp, u can pick one up at any autozone, advanced auto.. just dont tighten it too much you will bend the fitting..

Wouldn't it leak, since it's slighty smaller than hose

the worm clamp will tighten the hose onto the fitting.. squeezing it.. and it shouldnt leak at all if done properly..u just gotta be careful not to tighten it too much.u wanna tighten it enough so it cant slip off but not too much or youll wreck the fitting..

Thanks bro, i got it install. I took it for a test drive and it feels very solid. When i full throttle it, it boosts up to about 16 psi, before i can only go up to 14-15 psi. Is it ok for it to hold @ 16 psi?

i hold 18.5-19 psi on my Stage 2 map with the AP..so yeah 16 is fine (lol2)

That sound about right. I too have an HKS BOV recirculated, and hooked up my brother-law's dash hawk, spikes at 19psi but settles down to about 15 to 16psi and holding.
