Help with Double DIN

Ya i jus got the Jensen double DIN dvd player n i wuz tryin to put it in but i couldn't even get the stock one out, i even called up a friend who knows about this s*** n he couldnt get it. are we just idiots or is there a special trick. i also heard it wouldnt fit without a special Double DIN harness or sleeve or sumthin like that, is this true or could i jus put it right in?

I know I just pulled my buddies double din out and it had a double din sleeve that fits inside the stock double din area, then the dvd player sits in that. I'm probably way off from what your looking for but hey, maybe it helps.

You'll need a double DIN harness to install you radio... To take the sotck radio out, you need the special metal piece that comes with the radio when you buy it OR... 2 butter knive that you slide between the radio and the harness...

I'd take a Jenson doubledin over the stock MSP Kenwood anyday. I hate Kenwood head units and judging from the posts on this forum the MSP one is particularly bad.

You need a double-din sleeve in order to mount the new head unit. I'm not sure how the stock one comes out.

I think a double DIN Screen that can play DVD/VCD/MP3/Images is a whole shitload better than a kenwood with bad ass graphics and i hav to reset every other minute. i got it in here's wut it looks likeTHE Jensen, thanks for the help guys

hefty price tag

the sd card is a nice feature. my JVC has it. accesses really fast. i picked up a 1 gig sd card and im basically set with that and sirius.
