Help...Racing Hart C2 and Tire Size

I wanna order my rims soon, but I don't know what size of wheel, tire, and offset. I just know what rims I want and don't know if they should be 17's or 18's. The car would be a 2002.5 Protege5. Anybody know of any good web sites to get these rims with tire? I've seen a few sites that include everything for $1200.

Anybody know what size rims this is?

Ok let me see if I got it right. 17 x 7.5 with offset of 48 or higher. With 215/40/17 for tire size.

yup well with racing hart, they make a 7.5 width, unlike the typical 7 inch width, so if u want to drop your back end and tuck, ull have major rubbing issues, well at least i had some because mine were 7x7.5 also. good luck! - chris

I was thinking of drop the car with TEIN coilovers. Think I'll still have a problem. I'm not going that low remember I live in the land of POTHOLES (NYC).

tein, jic, ground control, skunk 2's... if u slam it, then ull still rub with the 7.5 width. if ure not planning to drop it much, u shouldnt have a problem. hawaii has many potholes also - chris

Yeah, its also the land of good weather.

Anyhow, if you're not planning to drop more than 2" I doubt you'll have problems. But then again, the 7.5 width does pose a slight threat.
Also, we got the baseball bat, we'll roll your fenders.
