Laughing Turd. Im new to this site. I have a 2008 Mazda3 with the 2.3 liter engine and the five speed manual. I have not done any mod work or anything like that but I hope that some of you guys can give me ideas of some good products to add to my car.

I really like the 3. It handles really nice and has a spirited engine, albeit not very strong. I love the five speed manual it has although my biggest gripe is that first gear pretty much does nothing but get your car moving. If I had my way it would be a little bit longer and do a little bit more. I hate just getting it to a crawl and then having to shift immediately. I don't really think it needs too much power but I hope you guys can give me some ideas on how to manage the power better and maybe even enhance the ride even more.

I'm with you on 1st gear. Even on the SportAT 1st gear is annoyingly short.

You don't have to apologize for talking so much.. at least, not to me. Most of my posts end up being at least that long. Informative? Maybe. Lengthy? Absolutely!

Thanks for the welcome Sunrun! I see you have a to do list for your 3. I think I should make one of those too. I'll just use yours for now since everything there seems reasonable and simple. Great minds think alike xD

@The Jeans...sorry, no pix of my ride. I guess it would be nicer to put a picture of my 3 on my avi rather than force everyone to look at my ugly face xD

My 3 isn't anything special. I have not done anything to it. You can easily look up "black Mazda 3" on Google and find my exact car! I don't even have tint!!! xD Actually, just look at Sunrun's sig and imagine that it's black and thats my car.
