hmmm...that is where i bought my p5 in 02 and my saturn in 99 they are great people 
the business manager there is Billy Hobbs he is a really good guy he and my father have been friends for a while
if you have an issue i would speak with him
even though i think highly of the dealership, i did have a problem with one of the service managers when the leather was lifting off of my door panel

I live real close to Hampton Mazda, but I bought my MSP at Casey. Does anyone know anything about their serv dept. I'm almost due up for my first oil change (i also need to get the car flashed and have them touch up the rusty spots on my rotors) and want to know what to expect from them. If noone has been to them, I'll post my experience with them.

if u have a better mazda dearship up there let me know cause the one down here they are all kind of evil and dont listen to customer at all!

i would change my own oil unless u pay the extra money for the good stuff, cause the oil they put in the car is not good on the cars engine, its alot cheaper cause after a while u have to pay for the oil change after like two free ones depends on what package u got when u signed for the car.

BadAsheP5 I think I saw your car today (4/4/04) at the home depot. I was getting my car washed at the auto bell. Nice P5 the rims look great.

yeah i got it in the mail the other day. s*** i forgot to take it with me.
Well, I went in to Hampton Mazda yesterday to get new rear sway bar bushings, rust removal off the rotors, and an oil change. Service guy was pretty cool, but all they could do for me was the oil change.....needed to get parts (bushings) and needed a dry day for the rotors. Service guy (Jim) said he'd call me when the parts got in. All in all, pretty good experience. Most places that I've been to would have me check in to see if the parts were there.

here is my experience with them so far....
Well yall might not remeber but about 4 months ago I wrecked the msp. Well when they fixed the car the paint does not match. Anyone who has seen the car (espeacily in the daylight) can see the lines where the painted. Well i brough it to there attention the next week and they said I had to wait 30-45 days to see if the paint totaly dries to match. (bulls*** in my opion) well I waited the 45 days and then let them have time between that with the hurricane and holliday but still talked to them about it. Well they called me and left a message on Jan. 26th saying that they had to wait to find out the duponts speacliest schedule to see when i should bring it in. Well no call and it has been like 2-3weeks. I call today and get the guy on the phone. He says it is outta his hands and then he transfers me to his manager. Manager says he has been emailing the mazda rep over and over and has not gotten anything back. Why the **** do you need a rep to talk about painting my car. They said back when I first said it didnt match that they will repaint the whole car if it doesnt match and im not satisfied. Well i am not satisfied and it sure as hell doesnt match. I understand it is my fault that i wrecked the car and all that s***, but they gaurntee to put car back to were it was before the accident. Well it only had 1200 miles on it so it should be ******* new. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS SSSSSSS HHHOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS.................................!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I dont get a call soon I am gonna just call them and tell em that im gona have it painted somewhere else and that they will receive a invoice to pay for it in the mail.

03.5 - I feel for you. I hope you get a new paint coat. Be careful about taking it somewhere else though. You could find yourself footing the bill. Good luck.
On a brighter note, the serv guy called me a couple of days ago telling me that they had the new rear sway bar bushings in and that they wanted to schedule me to get them replaced. I was pretty surprised. My appt is on Tues. I hope that all goes well.

update on my paint.. Got a email from Hampton Chevy. They are getting the paint covered under warrenty because they found out in maryland there were 2 other msp that they could not get the paint to match. They blame this on mazda because they put on to light a coat. So the dealership is blameing the maufactor and are gonna paint the entire car for free.

You will probly see my yellow msp in there for the exhaust weld that blew. there is a silver one in there to get a new tranny. the tech said the guy tryed to change his on oil and did not do it right. He drained the tranny and then filled the motor with 4 quarts of oil. So he had 8 quarts of oil and no tranny fluid. The tranny siezed.
I am happier but still pissed with the way servise is conducted by them. I think I got the cursed msp. I love the car but if I have one more major problem with it I am gonna have to see about getting a new car or somthign under that lemon law.

oh ok that explains me seeing it everytime i get gas or car washed.
