Ditto. This mod looks best with white. I am thinking about doing this to mine, not sure whether or not it would look better than the chrome with laser blue. Great pics and good job!

it depends if you're doing a blue/black theme on the car. It does work nicely in that situation. I'll probably be leaving mine alone or painting them blue...

yeah i bought some walmart driving lights. Haven't actually hooked them up yet... all i need to do is hook it up to the battery and hook the switch up... i already ran the wires though. Altogether the headlights and driving lights took me 2.5 hours... not too bad Thanks for the replies.

is it hard getting the bumper off without breaking the joint things next to the headlights? (where the bumper meets the fender I think)

Did you use trim paint?

If you used the wrong paint, your lights will heat the paint and it will fog your lights up.

Blacked out looks killer, it should be done to all of our cars (I still need to do mine).

I'm against carbon fiber altogether... especially a hood... and if i did get one i'd paint it body color so nobody would know i have it. Around here I make fun of civics for having stuff like that... i cannot turn into a hypocrite.

yeah i used to be the same way but im startin to like it now (as long as its not over the top). i got a cf trunk and am about to get a cf hood but that will be all for me.

I broke mine, but the bumper went back on, you couldnt tell and it didnt move at all or anything, so no worries if you do snap those things. When I do my housings again ill probably end up breaking them once again.

Couldnt agree more. I can stand the blingness of the all chrome lights, the black adds a REAL nice contrast. White p5s with black housings = sex
