My 2 cents on painting the wheels gloss black: Unless you plan on keeping those tires dressed constantly, i'd vote against gloss black. IMO, nothing looks worse than shiny black wheels wrapped in dull black tires.
I'd recommend a flat or satin black instead of a gloss.
That's just me.
