what do you mean broke the latch? if you snapped the handle off, you just gotta find a way to rotate whats left of it... somehow get a grip on it (depending on whats left)... if its something else, gonna need pics.
like the connecter on the back of the latch broke but the latch is still on the front of the box. So if I pull on the latch nothing happens. I didnt know if there is a certain way that the mechanisms are put together or a way to open it.
