re -rear glass spoiler

very much interested in the second pic type spoiler ,keeping price low would make it a very big hit ,think like a chiney man sell cheap & in vast amount make millions .

ur an idiot. if he sold them for cheap he would make no profit because this vast amount u speak of doesnt exist in the protege community. we are a very attractive but dieing breed. it hurts to say this but proteges are becoming the minority when we used to be tha majority.

I am offended........if YOU want something made in China...find it and order it. If you want something cheap, you usually get what you pay for.....but not here you don't. I hope we can be of service to you someday....

i agree. making molded CF is a seriously time consuming process, especially if you have to make a plug. you seriously have no idea. i barely have time for it because it takes so much time and attention - a quality plug takes 10-20 hours by itself - and if you realize you didnt do the plug right the first time its another 10-20.
and the quality of chinese made stuff is freaking awful. its cracked, it barely fits since they pull it from the mold when its still curing, its done with chopper guns, and the CF is generally a single layer backed with fiberglass and spray painted. all of it is bound with garbage materials and youll be lucky if you can still see the weave after a year itll turn so yellow. theres bubbles in the part since its not vacuum bagged/infused, etc etc etc. go buy your chinese stuff to save 75 bucks and good luck contacting them to get it replaced when you open it and its in two pieces.

We vacuum infuse EVERYTHING!!! and everything is made by hand, hand sanded, hand painted, hand wet sanded, hand buffed.

the moral of the story, guys, hand sanding a fiberglass pattern for 6 hours to get it glossy enough for production is not fun no matter how you slice it. you get covered in itchy ass splinters, its boring as hell, and youre roasting since youre in a respirator... plus i wear full coveralls and a hood. and after the molds are done, for me to make one set of eyelids in CF, not counting the time to get the mold, is still about 3-4 hours easily. thats cutting fabric, prepping a vac bag, letting the mold set up, laying the fabric, pulling it, cuting/sanding/finishing it, buffing it, and clearing it. were not trying to be crybabies but theres plenty of people who think this stuff makes itself once the mold is done, and that is NOT the case.

and heres another reason not to bother with seibon. theyve made two all carbon cars and both were heavier than stock.
