GI: 505 Intake Manifold Round 3

Seeing that this is close to production......can we get a price? Also the changes made, do you have a sketch or post a similar piece so we have a better idea of the final product.

Can we have you powder coated black? Before you send it in?

Powdercoated "ultra chrome" is going to be the standard finish, with any alternate colors being an upcharge. The last batch I did we had 4 colors, and the coater unexpectedly sprung a 100 dollar charge per extra color on me when I went to pick them up. I was able to get that lowered since he didn't warn me beforehand, but he did say that in the future that charge would apply. So if there are say 5 people total that want black, it will be 20 extra for it.

Super close now on final price, and yes I will post up a shot of the new flange/runner/mount combo after I get a copy to take home. :)

Anyone interested is powder coating theres other than ultra chrome? Add color beside name

Question #1
I would like to have EGR with my manifold.
Please let me know if there are any negatives with having EGR as ive seen reports with older versions of cracking due to the EGR.
If this will be potentially the case with the version 3, I rather have no EGR.

I currently run the 626 manifold with EGR but the EGR tube cut in the middle and crimped, but always have the option to fit another pipe and have EGR working

Would like some feedback.

Where do I send my payment too?

And if postage is cheaper for mine to be sent together with hammo's to his or mine, that will be ok.
