Thats not a bad idea at all. I am still without my car. The service department has now been blowing me off. I was supposed to hear back before the end of the day Friday on wether or not they would be covering the issue under warranty and my service rep went home without contacting me. Talked to the service manager again and I was told that they still have not heard from Mazda corporate on wether or not they were satisfied with the test results or whatever it is they are doing. I wont know anything until next week. Suffice to say the loaner car I was provided is receiving nothing but the best treatment while I have my time with it. I will be talking with the general manager on monday to complain and will move on to the attorney generals office if I do not have an answer by the end of the day Monday. I have already taken 3 vacation days to fulfill their requests and have dumped about $130 in gas driving to and from the dealership.
