Hi all-
I was the guy that stopped in at the Shell station in the Silver FB just as you guys were hanging out after the fun run. Just wanted to say hi and that I'm on the forum now. It was good stopping and saying hi to everyone, and I hope to be out for runs in the future.

Good time this past weekend, weather was good, solid run with a good turnout, and a fun BBQ at Bill's.

Now the question is do we have another run or a winterizing meet or both.

Jim, welcome to the forums, hopefully we'll catch up with ya in the near future.

Our last run of the year last year was pretty cool for all the changing colors, some leaf covered corners made me thankful for DSC though.

I'm game for a run in October. I wasn't happy that I missed this past weekend's run (I knew about it from *************** (Dave Hensler)), but I had family obligations (wedding). I'll be watching for a new thread for the October run.

Poondogg's and I would love to actually make a run this year. I've only done one fun run with you all and that was back in '07 and I had a blast! Timing with work has kept me from doing other fun runs since I work on Saturdays not too mention the 4+ hour drive.

If you all set a date early enough then I can get the word out to some of the OH peeps (drive)

I haven't wandered over to the OH section in a while but do you guys get any get togethers going? Something more on the northwest side (Toledo) area would be a short drive but it'd be cool to head down there if there's some cool meets going on.

Had a great time this past weekend and can't wait for the next run. I guess I need to get a life because every weekend in October is free for me. Sorry I missed the BBQ. I went from simply painting a bathroom to stripping the old paint because it started peeling (do NOT paint latex over oil based gloss paint(hand) ) and patching cracked plaster. I should finally be able to get some primer up on the walls tomorrow. ~Scott
