This package includes the following: the valve, a vent to atmosphere (blow off) adapter, original box and tuning guide (yes, it's adjustable), some random vac line fittings. Not included are the two barb fittings on the back of the valve. Those you will have to find on your own. Shouldn't be a problem though.
