FS:Motherboard/CPU/Ram combo

I have an older combo I want to get rid of. I was going to build a basic pc with it but have decided not to

1.3ghz AMD Athlon
Biostar M7VKS motherboard
128mb ram
I/O bezel

The mobo has onboard video and sound, but not network so I will include an ISA network card free. I will also include a Thermaltake Volcano 5 heatsink/fan for it free.

Install it in a case, add a hard drive, optical drive and install windows and you have a great pc for a young child or someone who only web surfs and checks email.

Still is.......if you are just wanting to get on the internet and check emails. Especially if you have dial up. I love people that get really fast computers and get on dial up and complain it's slow.

haha. everyone here pretty much got cable dsl or fios now. im still rocking the athlon xp mobile =)

yep still a decent/useful combo

it can do anything new machines can do, only slower, but i should add(for those who may not know) although it will run windows xp fine, you wouldnt want to run windows xp on this setup until you add another 512mb of memory which would cost about $20.

yeah that's an old video. The p4 throttles back when it gets too hot...

Yes I know it's an old one...it's a freaking classic (2001). Revolutionized CPUs...AMDs now throttle back too (well, some do).
