ECU for 5speed or automatic?

I have both, but the wiring harness is for a manual transmission.

It's a bolt in install. The harness, you just need to remove the driver's seat and center console, as it passes under the carpet of the tunnel to get to the gas tank.

I would ship it, but realize the usually minimum LTL charges are about $250-300

Not to sound like q prick, but by doing some deep researching on the internet, and sometimes translation tools !

None per say. Example, I found a scrap yard in Russia selling a an ECU. You have to pretty much use google every day to see if things come up.

For wiring, I usually modify/alter harnesses from here or if I'm lucky I come across a JDM one.

OK, you would need to get something like this, which you can use the connectors on the JDM ECU for starters. Then you would solder these connectors instead of the Ford ECU connector.
