i hate this car.Kansei said:no, the coolant passages wouldn't cause a vacuum leak. There are a few less than obvious vacuum fittings on the intake manifold, like one that is directly behind the throttle body that is hard to see with the body mounted up. There is one that VICS/VTCS share, one that goes to a relay way in the corner of the engine bay near the cruise control, the two that go to the PCV, etc. there's lots and with having the car apart for so long I'd be surprised if you remembered where every little vacuum line went.
