i would suggest getting orange bulbs. i had hyper white, but i liked the way the orange looked better. also, yes you will need some washers, and do your self a favor and get some wing nuts. that way you wont have to stick a wrench in there to try and tightem or loosen a bolt. i still have some extra black foam weatherstripping if you want to use it so that the lense isnt sitting up against your cars bumper. i did and it worked awesome.
