Fog Lights

My right fog light just burned out and the only problem is that the bolts to dismantle the fog light housing are rusted and seized due to lack of carefrom the previous owner. I will most likely have to take the bumper off if i have any chance of changing the bulbs, but my question is should i just take out the fogs all together and leave it as an air vent? or just switch the bulbs to yellow and keep them.

Personally I'd just put new bulbs in. I like how it looks with the fogs...it gives it that rally car/aggressive subie look. Plus it gives you extra lighting. Also if you remove them, unless you get the inserts the msp has, its going to look like trash missing the lights.

Keep the fogs, I would only delete them if I got my hands on a MSP 03.5 front lip.. but I really prefer the no lip with fogs look.

And you don't need to take off the bumper to take out the fogs. If you get behind the bumper and remove the 14mm (I think?) nut you can pull the light out a little. Then there is a small blue clip around the cutout in the bumper that you pop out and you can pull out the harness and unplug it so you can take out the entire fog. No bumper removal needed :)

thanks for all the help!, I guess ill stick with the fogs so come spring time im gonna be WD40'ing the hell outa them since the owner before me didnt really take care of the car so well and both lights are rusted and seized. I would think 2 weeks of warm weather with WD40 and the bolts will come undone no problem.
