Just wanted to let you guys with the FCD know- if you happen to hit fuel cut after teh FCD is installed, check the adjusting screw on the unit (small allen head screw) and make sure it is backed almost all the way out. It should be about flush or just a bit under the surface when they leave here. I have noticed a lot of them have been coming through turned in quite a bit- after I specifically mentioned to my supplier that it was a problem. I knew about this early on and adjusted them all myself, and then my supplier said it was taken care of so I never looked again.. I just got an email from someone the other day who had hit fuel cut, and we found this to be the case with his. All my new(er) ones are going to be double checked here, but there are some inbetween ones that were not checked. It will not hurt anything, it just will not allow the switch to activate until a higher boost pressure than the fuel cut will activate at, not allowing the FCD to do it's job. If you do not have a problem with fuel cut, leave it alone
. The further in the screw is without hitting fuel cut, the better it will perform. Thanks.
