I can't wait till I get a rip in this puppy.

why not just upgrade the block and the rest of the turbo system, then try to set the record of most whp EVER attained.

This is more of an attempt to make as much power and go as quick as possible using as much of the stock hardware as I can and use as little cash as I can. Like I was saying I have a complete spare motor minus 1 rod and a set of bearings that I am currently using to hold one end of a table up lol

If I had the cash to invest I could surely go a hell of alot faster, I just dont like that game anymore, ive already had every bolt on mod-i sold em, whowever has the most money wins in that game. This is more like who can be more creative to get the msp going fast spending the least amount possible while staying as close to stock appearing as possible. Guess i got the blkzoomzoom disease.

I dunno if you guys remember magnus motorsports, but they were hitting 13.1 with slicks and not to many mods. I think with a hair more boost and some really good driving I can surpass the 13.1 mark.

for sure, you should come to the track when I go. My boss has been last two weeks and ran 13.1 and 13.2 in his sr20 240sx. As soon as I can beat him on the old back roads I am heading there. I tried last week and blew the IC piping off at 13psi but it was pretty even til that happend in 3rd, gotta get some nicer clamps. Come by my work sometime next week, Dixie Road and Meyerside, not far from you.

man oh man, sounds like a fun endeavor, good luck and hope you set the record. i thought about a meth setup but the msp is a daily driver so i didn't find it practical. but again, good luck i wanna see a kit sold after its tested and done!!! who knows, may change my mind.

So are you going forged rods with stock pistons in the future then? Has anyone else done this yet? I hope it goes well. I was hoping to do this if I ever needed a new bottom end in the future. Just to add a little more reliability. A block for around 1k that can take more abuse, so I could throw more money at the diff and or tranny.

fun stuff. subbin for update.

i may have missed it, but what engine management are you using to accomplish this feat?

before you even answer I'm sure you realize it would be impossible otherwise.

most luck for you for pushing the limits of this poorly engineered piece of s*** car.

have fun...and then..if it blows, who cares...you have a built motor waiting to go in!

"poorly engineered piece of s*** car."

Hey watch your mouth my car can hear you!!!
Such abusive harsh words!!!

Um ya. I have a completely independant fuel system. Thats what this entire post is about...funny how you guys are missing this part.

bro, at least throw some injectors in it.

you guys really have no idea what you are even talking about. Throw injectors in? WTF do you guys think I did? What do you think this post is about? I have 4 more injectors than either of you. I can tune to within .2psi. I have all the benefits of the stock ECU, plus the ability to flow more fuel than any turbo I have seen on a msp would require/ I am running a completely indeendent MAP sensor just to tune this thing.

bad engineered car? I have a more advanced fuel system then either of you and have detonation reistance off the charts.

Didnt you pull your IM out of a junkyard car and your calling my s*** bad? LOL

one more time for those who dont know about this stuff.

Its called individual port digital alcohol injection. It is a completely independent fuel system that can be tuned. I look at all this critisizm in this thread and I have to laugh, nobody even knows wtf they are talking about and they are giving me advice.

After all these years of loving and hating my joeP MBC I retired it today in favor of a turbonetics MBC. Holds boost better at redline, not a bad deal for $25 used.

I think most people were under the impression you were injecting nitrous in the runners, as is what I thought at the time I saw the nozzles.

dude, calm down. alejo was just referring to the motor itself and wishing you luck. jeez.

You've been on hear long enough, so you can't be all that surprised by the naysayers really. So lets see some numbers to justify the "Fastest Stock Block Msp Period" once you hit the track.

oh i thought he was trying to be an ass sorry.

Going to track as soon as my new nozzles get here, long weekend is slowing the process. I am running way to rich with the ones I have now as they are 4 times to large. As I said earlier I took off the IM for more porting and new gasket.

So it sounds like you are letting the stock ECU run the stock injectors via MAF - then using MAP to tune the additional injectors.

Is that correct?
