cool thanks wagonbacker, ill see what i can do, cause time isnt something i have a lot of right now, and it seems like a long labor intensive process , and i think i just might buy a new battery and hope that might be the solution. But even tho i had a bad battery it still shouldnt give no power to the inside right? and allow me to turn on the radio and ect.?? but i only ask this cause my power finds in and out some times? so maybe bad alternator?

I have the same problem. The power come on for a few and it will go out. Also i cant seem to locate the fuse that says "room" inside the car

You can find it in the driver side near the door, and when you pop open the cover, the inside cover should say "room" and just follow the diagram.

step 4) revisit problem when your not hung over and can think clearly

my dumass self didnt realized how corroded my cable wires were,and all the build up that accumulated. so just replaced everything, new wire/batteries like how the other guys up there said, and that explained why everything kept fading and this weird clicking noise was lack of power supply ---hope that helps msp blue
