Evo X pricing announced

End of the Evo? I think so.

I'm old enough to remember all of the RX-7's. Nice. Popular. Then the last generation came. Still nice, but the price went skyhigh and out of reach of those that loved the car. It didn't last long after that. Sounds like the Evo/STI is headed down that road now. Too bad, IMO.

Now the real question. What is in the line up to replace those hotrods.

(this is a good thing, = lighter!)
like no: cruse, power windows/seats/locks, air conditioning, and no heavy spoiler?

the base models are faster with acceleration than the MR model...

No, the base model comes with all the normal features people have come to expect in a car. Cruise, A/C, power windows, locks, etc.

GSR = normal model
RS = model with no power stuff from prev gen that was cheaper and lighter. hvaen't heard any
MR = overpriced model

Sport Compact Car jsut confirmed what I wrote above. It's in their Jan 2008 issue, they drive both the MR and the GSR.
