Yeah I think your opinion is a very obvious one to make. But the weight of my system does not slow the car down noticably at all. It is much like having a second person in the car with me, of equal weight. The turbo and system weight aren't going to be fighting. Obviously the turbo will give much more power than was taken away with the system weight. The system only weighs about 150-160 pounds. My wreck damaged some parts of my exhaust that were replaced with the turbo (2nd O2 sensor, downpipe), and I figured I would get the turbo now instead of buying the replacement part AND the turbo a little later. I am just going for a car that has everything, not straight performance, handeling, ICE, or looks. I like to cover all bases. Imagine my car after internals, clutch, axles, LSD, etc. I will be able to kick most other cars asses and do so fully entertained. I imagine then that I will want to replace some of the weaknesses in this kit or possibly go with a beefier kit. (burnout)
