Yeah, it was only a matter of time before karma struck ******* again..This time it was by an asshole in an explorer who deemed it necessary to pass someone at 40mph on a snowy road..Then reailze I'm turning at a crawl on this this road..freak out, cut the wheels, broadside me..then trapse off into a snow drift..Thanks! 100% his fault, I'm sure he got a few nice tickets..I'll make sure this asshole pays for alllllll my problems. (laugh)

Car doesn't look too bad..however steering rack is toast and probably a hell of a lot more. But hey! I got to use my camera phone.

Legally - you are allowed to take pictures at the scene of an accident for your own personal use. However to use them in a court of law - an officer must be present at the time.

Yeah, I just pulled that out of my ass. But the last time someone clipped my car, I was across the street from a 7-11 (back when I had my 94 escort). A cop saw the whole thing - I asked him if I could take pics - he said - "if you have a camera - I don't see why not?". So I ran across to the 7-11 bought a disposable camera - and took pics of everything. Sent them in with my insurance claim - didn't hear anything back after that.

There was a cop there when I took those pictures..Your not missing anything with the other car..it had no damage..also..the guy was a ******* asshole and if I started taking pictures of his car..a fight would of broken out.

also, that tercel that he passed..took off..this was in the hood..lady probably didn't even have a license.

Bud, right now if I had gotten hit full on like I almost did..I would be really ****** up...I just had surgery..I would of been real ****** up..I've already been down this road before..Even though you get a few bucks thrown your way..its not worth the pain in the ass..

Steering rack..the steering wheel just spins and spins..wheels aren't connected whatsover..I'm also working with quite a bit of camber on the fronts there..Basically the whole front end is toast.

Guys totally in the wrong - and he just wrecked what ever plans you had for that day. Which I'm sure were something paramount like a once-in-a-lifetime event. heheheh. When I know I'm in the right - and the law is there - I'm a royal bastard. Just watch what you say - keep things ultra polite, and be very co-operative with the police. The reaction you will evoke out of the other driver will be better than what you could get from taking his knee caps out with a 9-iron.

Amen to that..Thankfully I had my buddy with me (THEGOLDPRO) and he straightened his ass out real quick. I would of just kicked his face in. He tried lying to the cop about what happened and the cop totally backed me up. It was quite nice. After a few days of not having my car i'll probably get that itch and just throw everything I have at this asshole..I really wanted an RX8 anyway...haha..
