damn, that blows ass... welcome to danbury.... the way i see it, if i believe the guy was driving like a fuckng idiot, i will do all of my power to make sure hes ******, no i wouldnt lie about being injured but ill make sure he gets what he deserved.

for example, when i got rear ended one day, this guy decides to cut me off on a busy st, i slammed my brakes so he wouldnt sideswipe me and the lady behind me rear ended me, i dont believe it was her fault, or even mine, so i try to make it seem like it was neither of our fault...

but if i was in kyles situation, id make sure he was ******...

btw i know kyle from work, thats why im using his name and not his user name..

Legally - you are allowed to take pictures at the scene of an accident for your own personal use. However to use them in a court of law - an officer must be present at the time.

maybe in new jersey, but out here in cali...any photos can be submitted into evidence by either party whether or not a police officer was present. its the judges discretion as to whether or not s/he allows them into evidence.
