I'm really surprised at how everyone is reacting. I feel really bad that your car got hit again, and I definetily believe the guy should pay for the damages to their absolute full costs, but come on people...."doesn't your back hurt?"....that's one major thing wrong with American society now.....everybody's trying to **** other people over. It sucks, yes, but don't ruin the other guys life over it by taking all his money (I'm not saying you were gonna do that...it just sounds like several people are telling you to do that).......there are people nowadays that just go around and drive slowly and slam on their brakes so they get rear ended. Right away they complain their neck hurts and will only be taken away in an ambulance...then they sue....I know someone this happened to...it's terrible!

I hope everything gets settled and your car is back to the way you like it soon!

All I was asked if Kyle was okay, and I think that's what everyone is concerned with. I even called Kyle this evening to make sure he wasn't injued, but he was half asleep and pretty incoherent.

People who are reacting by mentioning any injuries that Kyle could fake are JOKING! They make a funny.

Bottom line: when you're in a car accident, you may not realize how badly you're injured until a day or two later. I seriously doubt that the reaction of the majority of the people on this site is "OH BOY, YOU WERE IN AN ACCIDENT! NOW YOU CAN GET LOTSA MONEY! SUE SUE SUE! YOUR WALLET ASPLODE!"

Amen to that..Thankfully I had my buddy with me (THEGOLDPRO) and he straightened his ass out real quick. I would of just kicked his face in. He tried lying to the cop about what happened and the cop totally backed me up. It was quite nice. After a few days of not having my car i'll probably get that itch and just throw everything I have at this asshole..I really wanted an RX8 anyway...haha..

yeah he was on a quick path to a choke out had he not done what i told him, lol that mother ****** jumped right out, and blamed it on us, tried to say we entered a main road too fast?!?!?!? im like d0od are you serious????, we were turning right, you were speeding past a car in the wrong lane! then you freaked out, lost control, hit us, and took a trip threw a snow bank, guys lucky i didnt bang his face off kyles car for pulling that s***. lol and yeah kyle i freaked that guy out for sure, lol he shut up returned to his car, lol and never got back out.
