Did Greddy make a Turbo kit for our cars?

Just wondering one of my freinds said that his buddy picked up a greddy kit for the protege back around 2001 and never put it on the car. Cars now gone and he still has it sitting around. Cause I have never seen one. Just wondering if he's talking out his a$$ or if theres any truth since he lives out of town and dont have his # so have to wait awhile to see if it is true or not.

they never released one to the public, and I'm sure SOMEONE on here would have found out about a possible kit had they ever prototyped it.

ya... I would call BS. I'm sure we woulda heard about it sometime before now.

it could be possible that its a Greddy turbo with custom made piping and mani...but I dunno. Find out the specifics

That is what I was thinking so I threw down the BS flag. But I am already making my own kit from what I got lying around. But I was hoping that he had a a turbo manifold that is all I really need.
